Well, there are some people that believe America is post racial. but there is one blogger and talk show host that feels differently. He has now launched an internet radio talk show that talks about a growing issue in America:

The host of the program is not against taser use as an alternative to deadly force. He is however against taser abuse by police who would use a taser on the young, elderly, pregnant or physically frail; people offering passive, rather than active resistance; and restrained prisoners.
